The grappa

Brusone grappa is made by distilling the pomace obtained after vinification of the Brusone wine, and then aging it for three years in oak barrels. The high quality of the pomace, followed by immediate distillation, gives Brusone grappa its smooth and harmonious organoleptic characteristics.

A grappa which retains a high concentration of aromas with sweet, harmonious notes that’s smooth on the palate. Best drunk from a stemmed glass.
